Scope of Works:  We were awarded a complex project which involved creating a co-ordinated project plan for the relocation of 12 companies within a group over a four month period. 

Services Provided: Relocation - 160 people Strand WC2R to Dean Street W1; 80 people Whitfield Street W1 to Dean Street W1; 20 people Whitfield Street W1 to Charing Cross Road WC2H; 65 People Dean Street W1 to Whitfield Street W1; Internal relocation Dean Street 50 People; Internal relocation Whitfield Street 50 People

Largest move over a single weekend  160 people.

Furniture installation:  Supply and installation of 190 desks & Pedestals to Dean Street W1.

IT:  Disconnection, migration and reconnection of all desk-top IT.  Migration of 3 large Server Rooms.

Storage:  Secure off site storage provided at our depot for furniture and effects.

Confidential Waste Management:  Collection and certified confidential disposal service for papers and I.T

Vinci Partnership - Kent Police Authority

Scope of Works:  Vinci Partnership appointed Russell Fewins Ltd as preferred relocation company for Kent Police Authority Relocation.  Kent Police Authority were to completely relocate all services from three stations In Medway area (Chatham, Rainham and Rochester) to a new purpose built station in  Chatham Maritime to house approx 600 officers and staff. 

Services Provided: Relocation - full relocation of three live police stations, including specialist relocation of Gymnasium. Relocations were phased over a three week period to ensure that operations were not hindered.

Project Management:  A dedicated project manager was appointed to this account 12months in advance in order to assist with the arrangement of complex move plans required to ensure that relocations took place with minimum of disruption.

IT:  Pack, Migration and Unpack of all desk-top I.T.

Harrys of London  Kingly Street W1B

Scope of Works: Retail relocation from Carnaby Street W1F to Kingly Street W1B.  To relocate offices and retail stock.

Services Provided: Relocation - 10 Person relocation Carnaby Street to Kingly Street W1.  All works to be completed over two consecutive weekday.

Packing Service:  Full inventory and packing service of retail stock, comprised of high quality men’s footwear.

IT: Disconnection, migration and reconnection of desk-top I.T.

Client Network Rail CTRL

Scope of Works:  Network Rail (CTRL) were to relocate staff from Ashford to a new purpose built site in Singlewell to support the new Ebbesfleet International Rail Link.  Russell Fewins were awarded the project to supply and install furniture at the new Singlewell site and to relocate staff from Ashford to Singlewell.

Services Provided: Relocation - The Old Cattle Market Ashford to Singlewell Maintenance Depot.  135 person move.

Packing Services: Bulk Sequential packing and unpacking of communal files. Largest move over a single weekend 135 people.

Furniture installation:  Supply and installation of 135 desks, Pedestals, Operator Chairs and associated storage units.

IT: Disconnection, migration and reconnection of all desk-top IT.

Markerstudy:  Main Road Sundridge

Start Date  August 2004 Completion Date  October 2004

Scope of Works: Commercial office relocation Sidcup to Sundridge, supply and installation of furniture & office refurbishment.

Services Provided: Relocation - 30 Person Move Sidcup to Sundridge.

Furniture: Supply and installation of 30no desks, Operator Chairs, Pedestals, Board-Room Table Design and installation of bespoke reception unit & storage units.

IT: Pack, Migration and Unpack of all desk-top I.T.

Refurbishment: Supply and installation of lighting and bespoke blinds.
 
Project Management: Project Manager appointed to co-ordinate relocation, furniture installation, bespoke furniture build, lighting and blind installation.
