We have now had around 2 weeks of enforced home working (for many businesses) and the migration from office to home is beginning to settle down into a routine of sorts.

Already companies who have been forced into this action are monitoring the impact on work outputs and some are looking at how this may impact on their working arrangements in the future.

We have spoken to a couple of clients already about plans to reorganise their offices into hot-desking setups so that they are able to offer high-quality facilities but with less space requirement and more flexibility for staff.

This is not an unusual request for us but we do see this as a bit of trend which is likely to gain traction.
