​Are Russell Fewins surveys free?

Russell Fewins offer free no obligation site surveys. This will allow you to have an experienced surveyor attend your site and discuss your project in person. They will then take into account all criteria and information provided in order to provide you with a full & free quotation. Depending on the size of the office relocation, office furniture or office clearance requirement, you should allow a few days to get a detailed quotation back with full explanation of the processes involved.

​Are your staff trained?

Russell Fewins only employ experienced vetted office relocation staff. Russell Fewins company policy is to ensure that all our operational staff have regular manual handling and risk assessment training to ensure that all works are carried out in a safe manner.

​How can I tell if you are a professional office relocation company?

There are several relevant accreditations that are important to look for when deciding on a relocation company. ​Are your staff security vetted?

All Russell Fewins operational staff are subject to stringent in house security checks and have signed and agreed to the Data Protection Act. In addition to this our core operational staff have been vetted to CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) level and have worked in secure environments such as Kent Police Authority offices and The Cabinet Office.

​How do I go about gaining risk assessments for our relocation?

Our site surveyors are trained in risk management and whilst undertaking your relocation survey will also be making detailed notes on potential risks and hazards.
As such Russell Fewins will be able to offer you a free office move Risk Assessment and Method Statement for all works which we will undertake.

​Can you supply packing assistance / crate hire?

Russell Fewins staff are fully trained in sequential packing. For you this means we can offer a full packing and unpacking service ensuring that all files are returned to their original sequence.
When carrying out your free survey we will calculate the number of crates you will require and can seamlessly supply your crates to fit into your operational plan.

​Are you insured?

Russell Fewins Ltd have following insurances :-
Public Liability: £5,000,000 Products Liability: £5,000,000
Employers Liability: £5,000,000
In addition to this we offer a minimum of £50,000 regular liability cover per vehicle, if required regular liability cover can be raised to meet individual needs.

​Can you arrange collection and recycling of redundant furniture / IT services?

Russell Fewins Ltd are licensed waste carriers and as such are able to offer collection and recycling services for redundant IT and Furniture. We also offer secure confidential recycling services for paper/IT that may fall under the data protection act.

​What if we need business storage, furniture storage or archive storage as part of our project?

Russell Fewins Ltd have a secure storage depot and would be able to co-ordinate storage solutions for your project. For your added peace of mind our warehouse storage facilities are CCTV monitored 24 hours a day, protected against fire by state of the art detection and alarm systems, and environmentally controlled to ensure that all items stored remain in their original pristine condition.
